Moreover, the company is a science & technology enterprise in Fujian province, which is not only a member of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry (CAEPI) but also a director of Fujian Province Association of Environmental Protection Industry, and the development center of Quanzhou in wastewater & waste gas-treating .
The headquarters of the company is located at Caopu Industrial Zone, KangMei Town, Nan¡¯an City, China. Quanzhou Tianlong Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. covers an area of more than 60,000 square meters with a registered capital of RMB 15.88 million yuan. The company adopts modern enterprise management system, with departments such as chief engineer office, technical department, production department, business department, quality assurance department, office, testing center and project construction team established at its headquarters. The company also established secondary independent legal entity like Nan¡¯an Kelong Research Institute of Environmental Science & Technology and Beijing Huanqiutianlong Science Co., Ltd. In addition, the company also established non-independent legal entity such as Shantou Office, Jiangsu Office, Yunnan Office, Panzhihua Office and Jiangxi Office. In 2004, the company passed the authentication of ISO9001:2000 Quality System and ISO14001:1996 Environmental Management System Certificate. All the processes of information collection and handling, personnel training and education, production and quality management, customer service, internal communication, corporate culture construction, the monitoring and verification of various jobs have been regulated by available routine documents. Quanzhou Tianlong Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. has a total staff of 167 at present, among whom 110 technicians have received college or above education, accounting for 65.87% of the total staff.
